The client wanted to expand her kitchen and have it feel more open and contemporary. The transformation was colossal. For the design the walls were taken down to give an open concept kitchen / living area. It made a huge difference, the space went from having a tiny enclosed kitchen to open and spacious. A combination of back painted glass with a matte finish laminate for the cabinetry delivered a clean contemporary look. The design was finished off with the stunning calacatta gold countertop that goes up to the back splash and waterfalls at the end of the island area.
