At our Midtown Manhattan Showroom we have taken extra precautions for your safety and health. No doubt you may have some questions and concerns and below we have attempted to answer some of the more common ones.
Who is allowed to come in to the showroom?
The Showroom is open to the public although we will be limiting the number of people inside to maintain social distancing. If you have a fever, cough or any other symptoms please do NOT come in. We care about our staff and customers and request that everyone joins in to keep each other safe.
When are you open?
We are open regular business hours. Mon-Thurs 10-7 and Fri and Sun 10-6.
What safety measures have been taken to ensure sterility and public safety?
We are minimizing the number of designers and team members in the showroom at any given time and staff has been trained to monitor social distancing, wear masks and gloves and are checked for symptoms daily. Any one displaying any form of concerning symptoms are sent home and checked.
We are also continuously cleaning (our already very clean) showroom displays, wiping down and spraying disinfectant on all surfaces including handles. We are also requesting customers
I would rather be safe than sorry. Are you still doing remote consultations?
Yes, we are definitely still offering and will continue to offer remote consultations with designers and team members. We offer the option of Zoom, Facetime, Watsapp or good old fashioned telephone calls. Now that the showroom is open, customers can lead designers through a remote walkthrough of the space they want to renovate and designers can actually walk customers through the showroom displays as well as show ideas, options, colors and materials.
